"Having spent two pregnancies frustrated by the lack of fashionable maternity clothing available, Nickey Thrussell quit her job in the film business to set up Elias & Grace. The store stocks fabulous designer fashion for expectant mums, as well as kids' clothes and quirky toys. Nickey didn't undertake sourcing items lightly- in fact, she asked store manager Tamara Hema to wear a full-term latex bump while she road-tested the clothes. Designs from the likes of See by Chloé, Matthew Williamson, Earnest Sewn and Vivienne Westwood aren't strictly maternity wear, but have been chosen by Nickey to help mums-to-be sail stylishly through pregnancy."
