The Elias & Grace gift voucher is perfect for any occasion and solves all you gift giving dilemmas. Available in denominations of £5, £10, £20 & £50 vouchers can be purchased in store.

ALTERATIONS

Elias & Grace want to make your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible, so if your new jeans need taking up or a hem needs to come down, we are happy to carry out these alterations for you. We will pin, tuck and make the adjustments, and all you need to do is come to collect your items. Please allow 3/5 days for alterations. Prices start at £10

RETURNS

We are happy to exchange or provide a credit note, however we do not give refunds unless goods are faulty or damaged. Please ensure that any damaged item is returned complete with any tags, a valid receipt and within 7 days of purchase. If you are unable to reproduce a valid receipt but are able to provide proof of purchase a credit note may still be offered.
